We pick you up from your hotel very early in the morning. Depending on where you stay, you leave by air-conditioned vehicles around 08:00. Your car is comfortable and you immediately start thinking that you are surrounded by nature out of the window. On your way, your guide explains about the place you visit and informs you about the environment.
Jeep Safari segment is a total nature hike! You traverse forest roads with bumpy and dusty roads. The truck will vibrate and you’ll be giggling, sometimes you want to scream when it gains speed. You get to look at goats on the way, village houses, stream beds and narrow paths lined with tall trees. You are driven to some stops and provided short breaks where you can halt and take pictures.
On completing this enjoyable trip of 2 hours you come to the rafting centre. You will reach there between 10:30 – 11:00. There, you are welcomed by trainers. First, they let you know how to do everything in rafting. You get your life jacket, helmet and oar provided to you. You are informed about things like how to go into the water and how to paddle carefully. Although you are new to rafting, you should not worry because the team is always with you.
After preparation, you start the first level of rafting at 12:00. You paddle on an 8-kilometre path in the river for about 1 hour. The water sometimes hits you softly and sometimes it hits you coolly refreshing you. The scenery is so beautiful; you have canyon walls all around you, pine trees and a blue sky. There is a lunch stop along the river at the conclusion of this stage. You have chicken or fish, rice or pasta and salad. If you wish, you can get in the river again and cool off.
Following lunch, the second rafting stage comes into operation. It is 6 kilometres here and water flows faster. The excitement is more as the waves are more but you are safe too as an instructor rides the boat along with you. Rafting is done till 15:00. You return to the resort with a small ride. You can see here the videos shot throughout the day and can buy them as a memory.
Homeward return is at 16:00 and you are safely brought back to your hotel in the afternoon. Both of you have fun splashing around with water and spend a memorable day amidst nature!
In 2025, Antalya Jeep Safari & Rafting Tour price is €30 for adults, €25 for children between 6-11 years old, and free for children under 4 years old.
