Manavgat Tazı Canyon, Jeep Safari, Zipline & Rafting Tour

We pick you up from your hotel early in the morning. The pick-up times vary depending on your hotel location. For example, we pick you up in Kemer at 7:20 AM, and along Manavgat and Side, we pick you up by minibus no later than 10:20 AM. The vehicles are air-conditioned, making the ride comfortable. Our guide will brief you on the day’s program and provide brief information on the sites.

We reach the rafting and safari center following a 1.5 to 2.5 hours drive at 11:00 AM. We welcome you and provide detailed information on all the activities we are planning to conduct that day. Safety measures are explained and fundamentals such as paddle boarding and water entry are demonstrated by our instructors. Information is presented in English, German, Persian, and Russian. If you would prefer to perform additional activities such as zip lining, Tazı Canyon, or buggy riding, you can select at this time.

After the briefing, we board our private safari vehicles. Your Jeeps will take you to Tazı Canyon via forest roads, villages, and dirt tracks. We’ll stop at vantage points where you can take plenty of photographs. Our guide will explain the surrounding geography, villages, and how the Taurus Mountains were formed. The journey takes 30-40 minutes and is very enjoyable.

We arrive at Tazı Canyon around 11:45 am. We park our car here and take you on a walking trail to provide you with the breathtaking scenery. At the viewpoint along the rim of the canyon, which is famed for being 400 meters high, you’ll have plenty of time for photography. The lush cliffs of the canyon, the river flowing below, and the scenery from the cliff face will captivate you. We’ll stay here for 30 minutes, then return to our safari vehicles and continue back to the rafting center.

It’s 12:30 pm when we arrive at the rafting center. We take you to the zipline platform. You put on your safety harnesses, helmets, and a brief training session. Then, you’ll clip yourselves onto the steel cables and go down on the 250-meter zipline. You’ll enjoy a stunning ride with a bird’s-eye view of the river. The zipline is short but really spectacular.

After completing the zipline, we return to the rafting center. We will provide you with a helmet, life jacket, and paddle. You can get dressed in the dressing rooms and store your belongings in the lockers. In a detailed explanation, your instructor will show you how to sit in the boat and how to paddle. When all set, we’ll go to the riverbank and begin the first rafting second.

Rafting begins at 13:00 PM. The first section is 8 kilometers, and we do this section in approximately one hour. You will have a guide in the boat with you to steer. The river features gentle currents, waves, and natural recreation points. You can also change to two-seater canoes, but you need to inform us of this at the beginning of the tour.

After rafting, you return to the campsite around 13:00 – 13:30 and have lunch. You energise yourself with a delicious menu consisting of grilled chicken, pasta, rice and salad. You can relax for a while in this beautiful natural environment and explore the surroundings. After dinner, you can spend time as you wish.

At 14:45 PM, we embark on the second phase of rafting. This part of rafting is 6 kilometers long and lasts for 40–45 minutes. Here, the river flow gets a bit quicker and more exciting. The boats cross over the rocks, at times with a splash, and the thrill increases. Pine woods on the sides and high cliffs further add to the natural beauty.

The rafting tour ends at 15:30 PM. We bring you back to the rafting center. You’ll have ample time here to relax, change, and shower. You can watch the photos and videos of the rafting on large screens. You can purchase these photos if you wish.

We’ll be ready to depart at 16:00 PM. We’ll take you back to the vehicle we picked you up from this morning and drop you off at your hotel between 17:30 PM and 19:00 PM.
